Because of the Covid-19 situation we will NOT be lifting in
December at CHS but we will be posting workouts and videos for you to follow.
We want to have a spring season and feel that this is the best way NOT to
spread the virus around. Be active and email me w/questions.

We are doing this late evening lifting so that we can service
more people. With the block schedule we have less homework so we are thinking
this will be better for your schedule & we may get gym time as well-
there is no inside the school running this year so we have to be creative and
do the best we can do to get in our work.

January- March
We will lift from 7-9 pm on Mondays and Thursdays and split into
2 groups (7-8 & 7-9). We will lift
in groups of 3 and you MUST be in the same group each lift.
