Favorite Theme/Motivation & Why: Do work- every time someone got a shirt & all the guys would yell “do work” and clap twice- very motivating and exciting as a freshman to be there for that.

Former athlete who influenced you the most: Taylor Knapp. He influenced people on & off the track- included everyone and always helpful

Advice to Teammates: Never give up. You can always work harder and get better and you never know when your opportunity will present its self, so be ready for it.
