Quote of the Meet: “don’t worry about my tights- I have the receipt for them” Ifeadi after he fell in the 60 hurdles and ripped his tights

A day of mixed results ended well with a very solid 4x4 (a 5 second improvement). I think as we wait for the state list to update on Tuesday we will see where we fall and who is still in the hunt.

In watching all indoor season what I see is a lack of fire/uncertainness in your performance ability. The more pressure you put on yourself the harder it is to perform. I can think of several of you who are doing this right now and it has hampered your performance big time. We need to work on ways that we can change this and create situations where we are hunters instead of the hunted.
