Parents Meeting this Thursday 3/20

The parents meeting is Thursday March 20th at 6pm in the PAC. This is required for athletes and parents. We will then move to the west commons for our track parents meeting.  Athletes can come to this as well but it is not required of them.

Please bring your calendar and check book to the meeting. We will have signups for concessions slots & will be paying our team fees of $40 (pays for 1.5 coaches contracts). This year we will just be charging for one fee per family.

We will also be selling t-shirts for $5 each or 3 for $10. We also have long sleeve dry fit shirts for $10. These will be first come first serve. There are 7 small and 1 medium hoodie for sale for $35.

Any business owner who would like to sponsor the team poster, it is $100 per business card and you will receive ad in the Elk relays program.  This has to be done Thursday night so we can print the poster.  If anyone can help with sign up on Thursday (collecting team fees and verifying emails), We need about 10 people - the more people we have, the faster it'll be done.

Remember: We will be having an inter-squad track meet on Saturday March 22 from 10 am till 1/1:30 pm. There will be 3 teams of combined boys and girls and we will do both hurdle races, all field events and the 200, 600, 1,000 & 2,000 as events. We will finish with a 6 x 400 relay made up of 3 boys and 3 girls. Parents are encouraged to come out and even volunteer to work an event, if you would like to help.
